Regular Rate: $2,500 + $250 setup fee Nonprofit Rate: $2,500
(personnel hourly costs are additional)
Rental duration: 8 hours (including setup time)
- Monday: Available 7:30 am – 12:00am
- Tuesday- Sunday: Earliest event time is at 6:00pm with early arrival time of 5:30pm
Deposit: $1,000 (balance due two weeks before event date)
Capacity: 500 reception style / 250 sit-down
